As a Windows Desktop Support Specialist, you'll be the frontline of IT, ensuring that our systems run smoothly and efficiently.
Level 1-2 Windows Desktop Support Specialist What You'll Do:
Provide first and second-level support for all Windows desktop-related issues.
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows OS.
Assist with system upgrades and patches.
Respond to user inquiries, assess problems, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Document all support activities and user interactions.
Collaborate with IT team members to improve support processes and user experience.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in Windows Desktop support or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
